Bridge for All is a brand-new gender/power-based violence prevention organization at Hitotsubashi established in 2019. Through meetings, advocacy and educational programs, we seek to inform students about the issues of gender/power violence and inequality. We are currently recruiting new members. OUR VISION AND MISSION
Our mission is to eliminate all forms of gender-based violence and Hitotsubashi so that everyone can safely and joyfully study.
For that, we do the following:

Raising awareness for reproductive/health rights

Expansion of the consultation/support system on campus

Challenging the myths and prejudices about sexual violence

Hitotsubashi for Everyone
We named our organization "Bridge for All," hoping that it will bridge everyone in making our campus a place where everyone feels safe and respected. With that mindset, we have three core values:

Issues our society and community have been faced are all important; it is not one is more important than others

Everyone should be heard and all experiences are valid

Incorporating various perspectives
In thinking about campus sexual and gender/power-based violence, we think it is very important and crucial that we always try to be aware of and incorporate various intersectional aspects including but not limited to ethnicity, language, religion, (dis)ability and socio-economic status.
